What the inspector wrote

There is a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. The allegation is valid because the preponderance of the evidence has been met, therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Assistant Director Brittney Mccray. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to post notice of site visit will result in an immediate $100.00 civil penalty.

(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2)To be accorded safe, healthful & comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs.This requirement is not me as evidenced by: Based on interviews, licensee did not comply with the section cited above, at least one child was made to sit bare bottom on the bathroom floor during diaper changes which poses a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to persons in care.
