Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Staff use tablets in the classroom to send updates to parents throughout the day. This helps parents stay informed about what their child is doing, how they're feeling, and any important announcements. It's a way to keep everyone connected and keep communication open. When kids are outside tablets are used to match faces with names and help with transitions. On March 19, 2025 Safety and Supervision training was provided to the staff. Investigative interviews provided contradictory information regarding the allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. Therefore, the above allegation is found to be unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Melinda Carvalho. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to post notice of site visit will result in an immediate $100.00 civil penalty.
