Any form of discipline or punishment that violates a child's personal rights as specified in Section 101223 shall not be permitted regardless of authorized representative consent or authorization.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and review of relevant evidence, Child #1 was isolated from the classroom and classroom activities as a form of discipline based on the assumption of misbehavior rather than actual misbehavior. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
