On 02/02/2023 at 01:15pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Miller conducted an inspection to conclude the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA advised the Assistant Director, Patty Jauregui, of the meeting’s purpose. There were 14 napping children with 2 teachers in the Pre-K classroom and 14 napping children with 1 staff in the 3-year old class. During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted with complainant, Director, staff members, daycare children and parents. The Director and staff denied the above allegation regarding discrimination toward any daycare child. Due to conflicting information obtained during the investigation, although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. No deficiencies cited. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) and Appeals Rights (LIC 9058) were provided. LPA observed the LIC9213 posted by the bulletin board. An exit interview was conducted with the Assistant Director, Patty Jauregui.
