Facility-requested visit·August 14, 2025

On 8/14/2025 @ 12:40PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Diaz conducted an announced case management inspection in reference to Licensee's request to add Room P3 and additional outdoor play area to facility's existing license. LPA Diaz met and toured the facility with Shelly Baker, Site Coordinator. There were no children observed today as the school is in summer session. There was a discrepancy with the numbering of the rooms. Ms. Baker clarified that Room 4 (door labeled as P5); Room 5 (door labeled as P4) and Room 6 (door labeled as P3). Ms. Baker submitted an updated facility sketch today to reflect the correct room numbering. Room P3 was measured today. It has a total of 1,324 sq. ft. which will accommodate 37 children. There is one toilet and one sink in the classroom that is designated for children's use. Outside play area (located outside Room P3) is designated play area for preschool children. Ms. Baker stated that preschool children have exclusive use of this play area. This outdoor area has a total of 1,368 sq. ft. which will accommodate 18 children. Ms. Baker stated that facility is not requesting for an increase at this time and will be using all outdoor areas as previously approved.
