On November 16, 8AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) William Chancellor and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Pauline Beschorner arrived to EES David and Jillian Gilmour Early Education (CCC) and was greeted and granted access to facility by Acting Site Director (AD) Delilah Rodriguez. A case management visit is being conducted in response to the receipt of an Unusual Incident Report (UIR) received by Community Care Licensing (CCL) on 10/20/23. Program Manager (PM) Courtney Gay self-reported the incident and called the duty line on 10/19/23 to notify CCL of an incident where a child complained of being pinched by a teacher. The UIR was reviewed and confidential interviews were conducted with AD. Documents relevant to the incident were also collected. Parents were appropriately notified and the staff in question is no longer with the CCC. Based on information gathered, the facility acted appropriately, and there are no deficiencies at this time. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to facility staff, along with a Notice of Site Visit that must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
