On 4/28/2025 at 3:00 PM, LPA Shannan Williams conducted an unannounced Case Management Lead Exceedance Inspection. On 3/15/2025 Data Samplings were collected and Classroom B/Sample Site B had an XMOD result of 51.0. LPA met with Director, Rexanna Blas, and discussed the purpose of the inspection. There were fifty three (53) children and ten (10) staff present during the inspection. . LPA inspected the location of sample site B in Classroom B. LPA observed the sample site to be a hand-washing only station, and as previously discussed with Director, Rexanna Blas on 4/25/2025 over the telephone that this site has been shut off and not in use for over one year. The Director stated they forgot to flush the site because it is not in use for hand-washing because it makes a loud noise and also they did not need a second sink in that classroom for capacity. . Due to fact that the site that tested for Lead Exceedance/ Site B is used for hand-washing only and not for drinking or preparing food and that the sink is not in use, and also because hat sink has not been in use even for hand-washing; This site did not qualify to need to be tested in the first place and it can be cleared without correction needed. No citations were issued on this date. No plan of correction is needed.
