On 05/08/2026 at 9:15 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Evelyn Reyes conducted a case management inspection to follow up on the Director designation of the center. During interviews conducted on the site visit of the facility on 04/22/2026 it was reported that the center no longer had a Director effective 04/12/2026. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Teacher, Cheryl Burns, and toured the facility. LPA observed a total of 27 children (preschoolers) in 3 classrooms with 6 staff members. LPA observed appropriate capacity, ratios and supervision while at the facility. Cheryl Burns left the facility at approx….12:00 pm. During this visit, LPA interviewed staff members that confirmed the facility did not have a designated Director responsible for the operation of the center. The Teacher, Cheryl Burns, stated she was undecided about becoming the designated Director. If the decision from the Owner, Curtis Arnett, would designate her she would submit Director qualifications to the Department or of whomever he makes the decision to designate as Director by 06/07/26.
