Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

While it has been established that a second COVID-19 case caused an additional classroom closure, it cannot be determined when or how the exposure occurred or that staff knowingly allowed an exposed classroom to stay open, thereby violating personal rights. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted. The appeal rights were discussed and provided along with a copy of this report to Director Olga Camacho on this date. A Notice of Site Visit was posted.
