What the inspector wrote

On 06/10/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Lucas, made an unannounced visit to deliver findings on the above allegationS. LPA conducted the initial complaint inspection on 05/29/2025. There were 102 preschool children and 15 staff present at the facility today. Throughout the investigation, LPA observed adequate supervision and there were no concerns that arose. Interviews were conducted with the facility staff members and the parents. Relevant documentation was reviewed. Paint observed on the playground was dry. It could not be corroborated that any children had access to it when wet. Interview statements did not corroborate staff speaking inappropriately to children or smoking around children or in children's areas. Based on information obtained during the investigation, the allegations are determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove or disprove that the alleged violations occurred. An exit interview was conducted with the Director, Fernando Torres and the Owner, Shaloo Dhiman. She was provided a copy of the appeal rights along with a copy of this report.
