Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 11/13/2025 at 11:00AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias conducted an unannounced inspection for the purpose of delivering findings on a complaint received on 09/11/2025, with above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Bailey Bowman, toured the facility and interviewed a staff member. A total of 24 children and 6 staff were observed with appropriate capacity and ratios. All staff have been fingerprinted and associated to the facility. It was alleged that staff are not providing supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. Based on LPA’s observations and interviews with parents and staff members, there was not enough evidence to support the above allegation. None of the eleven individuals interviewed expressed concerns about inadequate or inappropriate staff supervision. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be Unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Bailey Bowman. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. LPA observed form posted.
