What the inspector wrote

On 11/13/2025 at 12:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adriana Macias, conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection for the purpose of delivering an amended report previously provided on 09/16/2025. LPA met with Director Bailey Bowman, discussed reason for visit and proceeded to tour the facility. A total census of 23 children and 6 staff were observed, with appropriate ratios and capacity. All staff have fingerprint clearances or exemptions and are associated to the facility. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Bailey Bowman. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
