What the inspector wrote

On 04/14/21 at 10:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Adrian Castellon conducted an unannounced case management tele-inspection Due to COVID-19 state of emergency, this inspection was conducted via teleconference. There were 25 children present. Facility Director Oralia Puga requested that a previously off limits area be inspected for daycare use. LPA Castellon toured the area via facetime. An ex mulch yard has been cleared and properly fully fenced. The area has grass. There are no harmful debris hazardous objects in the area. LPA Castellon has requested that director Puga submit an updated LIC9099 Facility Sketch to the SDCCRO. The area may be used for daycare purposes. No citations issued.
