Licensing Program Analysts, (LPAs) Jennifer Lott and Nancy Diaz made an unannounced Case Management visit for a request for decrease in capacity. LPA's identified themselves and were granted entry by Director, Robyn Bowman after disclosing the purpose of their visit. The purpose of LPA's visit was for a decrease in capacity because licensee removed the use of room #3. Licensee submitted the LIC 200 - Application for Child Care License, as well as the floor plans. Observed today were 46 children. Licensee states they will be using the following rooms/square footage: Room #4 - 774 SF Room # 5 - 774 SF Room # ESS Room - 1,090 SF Total Square Footage - 2,638 SF which will accommodate 75 children. The facility has 6 toilets and 6 sinks. The decrease in capacity is granted for 75 children. effective 02/02/2023. No deficiencies were observed during this visit. An exit interview conducted and a notice of site visit was given. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
