What Happened
The infant program was operating within ratio and the children were observed playing outdoors, eating lunch, and napping. The inspection identified incomplete child medical documentation and incomplete staff files, including missing health screening, flu immunization, and mandated reporter training records.

Based on LPA's observation and staff interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the sleeping area (room 3) is not physically seperate from the indoor activity space which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
