What the inspector wrote

On 01/21/2026 at 12:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of consultation. LPA met with Director, Alexa Denton. Director accompanied LPA on a tour of the inside and outside of facility. There were 15 children present with 4 staff members. LPA consulted with Director regarding supervision of children during outdoor play. An LIC 9102 Technical Violation was provided. Exit interview conducted and Notice of Site Visit was provided.
