What the inspector wrote

however, at this time they were not required to have a mask on outdoors per COVID-19 mandate from California Department of Public Health. Although during the inspection staff were observed to be wearing proper facial coverings and five out of 10 children were as well, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove or disprove that the facility was in violation of COVID-19 mandates. Therefore, the finding is unsubstantiated. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND LPA VERIFIED THAT IT WAS POSTED IN A PROMINENT LOCATION AT THE FACILITY BEFORE LEAVING. THE LICENSEE UNDERSTANDS THAT IT MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR THE NEXT 30 DAYS.
