On 2/3/23 LPA Patrick Ma made an unannounced complaint visit for the complaint received on 1/11/23 for the purpose of delivering findings on the above reference allegation. Visit was made during nap time. LPA met with Director, Christina McNeil. Present in the facility were 48 children in 3 classrooms with 3 staff. Facility was in ratio and capacity. Based on the information obtained during interviews, observations, and documentation reviewed it is determined that the evidence obtained did not conclusively prove or disprove that the allegation above occurred. Site visits on 1/19/23 and 2/3/23 did not show evidence on allegations made by the reporting party. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, therefore the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Christina McNeill. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
