On 6/2/26 at 8:24 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Renita Rodriguez conducted an unannounced case management inspection initiated by the facility for inspection of rooms 4 and 5 for the toddler component of 24 toddlers. 12 toddlers in each room is requested. Ratios 39 children and 6 staff The current license is issued for rooms 1 thru 6. An increase nor a decrease was requested. The total capacity of 65 will remain. room 4---- 24.1 length and width 19.2 room 5--- 24.2 length and width 19.2 LPA observed sufficient cabinets and storage for the supplies that will be utilized by the children in this program. There are 2 toilets and 2 sinks for the toddler component. Each room for the toddler component has a changing table and sink within arms reach. The fire clearance was requested and approved. Staff have a separate restroom facility from the children in care. There is a separate playground for toddlers only. An exit interview was conducted with Director, Christina Mcneill and a Notice of Site Visit was given and shall remain posted for 30 days.
