Teacher qualification & duties -The units specified in (c)(1) above shall include courses that cover the general areas of child growth and development, or human growth and development; child, family and community, or child and family; and program/curriculum. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's review of facility records, 1:6 teachers did not complete the required education to be a teacher. This poses a potential health & safety risk to children in care.
