Lastly, it is alleged that staff did not aid a child with soiled clothing. Interviews revealed that staff have not left any children in soiled clothing but changes them immediately if they have an accident. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging staff handled day care child improperly, staff inappropriately isolated a day care child for discipline, staff yell at daycare children and staff did not aid a child with soiled clothing. The Department has found that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Spencer. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
