What the inspector wrote

Due to conflicting statements obtained and observations made during the course of the investigation, the above allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. A copy of this report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) will be emailed to the licensee and licensee was advised that acknowledgement and receipt of the report and appeal rights is to be received within twenty-four hours. Licensee was advised to post the LIC 9213 for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted with licensee.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Facility's capacity conditions were violated when it was determined preschool and school-age children were commingled on occasion due to school-age staff not being present during 9:00 am – 12:30 pm. This poses a potential risk to the children in care.
