On March 02, 2022 at 12:58 PM, Licensing Program Analyst’s (LPA’s) Anastasia Flores and James Wilkerson met with Director, Lina Borja, to provide technical assistance for COVID-19 updated guidance and procedures. Prior to entering the facility, LPA’s conducted a COVID-19 pre-screening. During the visit, LPA’s discussed COVID 19 related Unusual Incident Reports (UIR’s) received January 20, 2022 and January 21, 2022 involving four staff and three children. During the visit LPA’s observed postings that were visible to the public and confirmed that precautionary measures were implemented at the child-care center and in compliance with the COVID-19 CDC guidelines.” No citations were issued for case management visit. A copy of this report and Notice of Site visit were provided to Director. Director was also advised that notice is to be posted for 30 days.
