Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Due to conflicting statements and lack of corroborating evidence from witnesses, LPA was unable to substantiate the allegations regarding staff yell at daycare children, and staff hit daycare children. While these incidents may have occurred, they are not supported by sufficient evidence and are therefore deemed unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of the report, appeal rights, and a Notice of Site Visit were provided to Director Desiree Buchanan. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted in a prominent location visible to families and caregivers for 30 consecutive days.
