On 7/09/21 at 12:40 pm., Licensing Program Analyst Adrian Castellon met with Director Maria Barrera for the purpose of conducting an unannounced case management inspection. There were no daycare children present. Rooms 101, 102, and 103 have been previously approved for daycare purposes. During the annual/random inspection conducted on 06/25/21, the classrooms were being renovated and not in condition to be used for child care purposes. During today's inspection, LPA Castellon inspected classrooms 101, 102, and 103 to ensure that the rooms can be used for daycare purposes. There are two operational toilets and sinks. Only cosmetic changes were made during the renovation. The wiring and plumbing were not altered per Pastor Barrera. Rooms 101, 102, and 103 may be used for daycare purposes. No citations issued on this date.
