On 11/3/21 at 2:05PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Keturah Lane and Daniel Pena conducted an unannounced case management visit at the facility. The purpose of the visit was to finalize the investigation of a self-reported incident received on 9/17/21. The incident was carefully investigated by the Department and it was determined that there was no violation of regulation. Upon arrival LPAs met with Executive Director Vince Glorioso and toured the facility. LPAs observed the following ratios/capacity: In Room 102 (2s & 3s): 19 children with staff members Quanita Maynor & Carolina Mittelstaedt. This room was divided into two classroom areas with a partial wall. In Room 103 (4s): 12 children with staff members Alex Gonzales & Kate Parks. In Room 101 (2s): 10 children with staff members Kaylin Greisen & Rosalba Gottschalk. Total census was 41 children. No deficiencies were cited. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Executive Director Vince Glorioso. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
