What the inspector wrote

Continued from page 1: Staff members stated classroom is always in ratio and reported procedures to follow when children have transitioning and feeding issues. Based upon the information obtained during interviews and documents reviewed it is determined that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations occurred, therefore the above allegations have been found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited at this inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative Director Sarah Lee. Notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
