Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 3/22/2024 @ 10:05 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection in reference to the allegations that Licensee does not allow parents to enter facility and that a child was refused entry due to late arrival. LPA interviewed the director and several staff. A tour of the facility was conducted with Angela Carroll (Site Director). There were a total of 42 children with 18 staff. Based on the information obtained through interviews with staff, LPA determined that the preponderance of evidence has been met. There is enough supporting information to prove the above allegations are SUBSTANTIATED, see deficiencies cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Exit interview was conducted with Angela Carroll. A copy of this report, appeal rights and notice of site visit were given. Notice of Site shall be posted for 30 day.
