During inspections, LPA observed appropriate staff/child ratios, and the facility was observed to be clean and sanitary, and without hazards in child care areas. Interviews with daycare parents did not provide any statements or evidence to support the allegations and all parents expressed satisfaction with the care provided at the Infant Center. Based on information obtained during inspections and interviews, the above allegations are found Unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur. No Deficiencies cites. Exit interview conducted and copy of this report and appeal rights provided to Director. Notice of Site Visit must be posted for thirty days.
