On 06/11/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens conducted an unannounced subsequent case management inspection regarding a self reported Unusual Incident reported on 06/05/2025. LPA met with Director, Krizia Beltran and discussed the purpose of the visit. Director accompanied LPA on a tour of the facility and preschool playground. The following ratios were observed: Pre-K 2 - 17 children (ages 3.5-5 years) with two teachers Pre-K 1 - 9 children (ages 3.5-6) with one teacher Preschool class - 14 children (2.5-3.5) with two teachers LPA interviewed Director, and viewed facility video footage. No deficiencies cited. An exit interview was conducted with Assistant Director, Krizia Beltran, a copy of this report along with the Appeals Rights (LIC 9058) was provided. A Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. LPA observed Director post Notice of Site Visit on the door at the entrance.
