101216(f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid . . . shall be onsite at all times when children are present.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and record review, licensee did not comply with the above regulation as none of the staff had a current CPR and pediatric first aid which poses a potential health and safety risk to persons in care.
