On 02/14/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Stevens, conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to deliver finding for the above allegations. LPA met with Infant Teacher/Interim Director, Sharilyn Webster, and informed her of the reason for the visit. There were 27 children present with 4 staff at the time of this inspection. During the investigation LPA Dana Stevens conducted three unannounced inspections of the facility, interviewed the Reporting Party, Director, Staff, daycare children, daycare parents, and one witness, and reviewed facility records. It was alleged that Facility staff spoke inappropriately to child(ren) in care and Facility staff used inappropriate form of punishment. During staff, child and parent interviews, no statements or evidence was obtained to support either allegation, thus the above allegations are deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is Unsubstainted means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. Director was provided with a copy of this report and appeal rights (LIC 9058) and their signature on this form acknowledges receipt of these rights. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
