Based on information obtained in interviews, LPA was unable to determine if the injury did or did not occur while the child was in care, thus this allegation is deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violations occurred. No Deficiencies cited. Exit interview conducted and copy of report and appeal rights provided to Director, Amanda Masiello. Notice of Site Visit must be posted for thirty days.
