Pre-licensing visit·October 14, 2025

On 10/14/2025 at 9:40am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted an announced follow up pre licensing inspection. The initial inspection was conducted on 09/16/2025 and Director submitted picture of the corrections to the department on 10/08/2025. Upon arrival, LPA Siao met with owner/Administrator Gilberto Hernandez and Director Corina Tellez. LPA conducted a tour with Director Corina Tellez to gather census. LPA observed 11 children supervised by two staff members Teresita Tapia Rivera and Georgia Seabolt in the front classroom B. All staff members have the required background clearances and are associated with the facility. The following corrections have been completed: \302\267 Extend the outdoor side fence to be at least 4 feet high. \302\267 Remove the three cubbies in preschool classroom A and cuddies are now placed on the wall and does not take up floor space. \302\267 The two-cabinet have been removed in classroom A as it takes up floor space. \302\267 The 4 feet high partition that separates the toddler and preschool areas are now aligned to the wall. There is a pending waiver for the toddler and preschool children to share the outdoor play area. The license will be granted upon approval of the waiver by the department. Exit interview was conducted with Director Corina Tellez during today\342\200\231s inspection. Notice of site visit was provided to the facility and it must remain posted for 30 days.
