What the inspector wrote

On 11/12/25 at 10:30am, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Samantha Clenista and Selina Siao conducted an announced Pre-licensing follow-up inspection. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Center Director, Hunter Donahoo. LPAs also observed a total of 37 children with a total of 7 staff members. Appropriate staffing, ratio and supervision was observed. The purpose of this visit is to follow-up on corrections listed during LPAs initial pre-licensing inspection conducted on 10/16/25. LPAs took a tour of the facility per facility sketch to ensure the corrections were met. The listed corrections were to fence off an area within Preschool 1 Playground for the toddlers and school-age children. LPAs observed there to be two fenced in play areas within the Preschool 1 Playground. Fencing used to enclose the toddler playground is chain link and the fencing used to enclose the school-aged playground is via plastic barrier net. LPA Clenista measured the two additional fenced in play areas. Toddler playground measured at 1,243.5 sq. ft., sufficient to accommodate requested capacity of 12 toddlers, and the school-age playground measured at 2,622 sq. ft., sufficient to accommodate requested capacity of 33 school-age children. The updated total square footage for all the preschool playground areas (Preschool 1 and 2) measured at 12,434.23 sq. ft., sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of 82 preschool children. . All corrections were observed to be completed. After conducting a final file review, a single license for 12 toddlers (18-36 months) in Room 1, 82 preschoolers (2-5 years old) in Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 73 and 75, and 33 school-age children (Kindergarten-12 years old) in Room 70, for a total of 127 children may be granted.
