What Happened
Annual inspection found deficiencies in sign-in/sign-out record keeping and staff immunization documentation. Some parent names not properly recorded in sign-in binder, and two staff members had incomplete immunization records or missing health screening forms.

- Medications stored in locked box in director's office bathroom
- Director reminded to ensure medications kept in original containers with parental consent and doctor's directive
