On June 25, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams and Centralized Application Bureau (CAB) Licensing Program Analyst Alecia Sifuentes met with Site Supervisor, Madhuri Nandiranjo for the purpose of a case management inspection. Licensee requests a change in hours of operation. Licensee is not making any changes to the licensed capacity. LPA received the granted fire clearance on 6/25/2024. The current hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6:30AM-7:00PM. Indoor activity space: There are two preschool classrooms in rooms#1 and #2. Room #1 is shared with the School-Age program. Preschool will utilize Room#1 from 9:00AM-12:00PM and School- Age will utilize it from 6:30AM-8:30AM and from 12:30PM-7:00PM. The School-Age program will utilize Rm#1 full day when the preschool program is closed. LPA used current measurements from report dated 7/20/06, therefore LPA did not take measurements. Room #1 contains a total of 823 square feet and Room #2 contains a total of 908 square feet for a total of 1,731 square feet which will accommodate Licensees current capacity of 42 preschool children. Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Site Supervisor, Madhuri Nandiranjo . Effective today, 06/25/2024, LPAs will approve the new hours of operation.
