Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Furthermore, interviews with parents and staff revealed that children are offered meals and fed appropriately in care and that the facility uses an app called TadPoles to transfer and share daily information of children to their parents, such as diaper changes, incidents, feedings and meals and photo updates. Based upon interviews conducted, observations made while at the facility and conflicting information received, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove or disprove the allegations did or did not occur, therefore the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted and Appeal Rights and Notice of Site Visit were provided to the Director.
