What the inspector wrote

On May 7, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams conducted a case management inspection and met with Facility Representative, Kelly Ness. LPA discussed an incident report that was submitted to Community Care Licensing with the Facility Representative. LPA conducted staff interviews during today's inspection. Facility protocol for children with allergies and food intolerance was also discussed. A notice of site visit was given to Facility Representative and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Kelly Ness.
