What the inspector wrote

On 10/02/2024, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Lauren Scott and Janie Davis met with licensee, Aida Lomeli for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to possibly clear the 5 Type B deficiencies, which were issued on 9/25/24. During today's inspection LPAs toured all areas accessible to children in care and saw the facility had a functioning sink within arms reach of the changing table. The POC date was set at 10/25/2024, but was cleared early on 10/02/2024. Deficiency 101239(e)(4) cited on 09/25/24 is cleared effective today. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
