What the inspector wrote

On 04/24/26, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Stacey Williams and Elvira Sierra met with Facility Representative, Aida Lomeli to conduct a complaint investigation inspection for the above allegation. Present in the facility was one staff supervising two infants. During the course of the investigation LPA Williams interviewed the Reporting Party (RP), Director, staff and a witness to the alleged allegation. LPA obtained pertinent information to assist with the investigation. RP alleged Staff did not provide adequate supervision of children in care. LPA received conflicting information during interviews. Staff and Director disclosed that staff#1 was in the infant classroom supervising the infants. Based on the information obtained the preponderance of evidence was not met. The allegation is determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Aida Lomeli. A Notice of Site Visit was posted and must remain posted for 30 days.
