What the inspector wrote

On July 29, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deborah Khashe met with Ester Magdaleno for the purpose of a Proof-of Corrections Inspection. LPA toured the facility and reviewed records. LPA observed 10 children supervised by Licensee and 1 Assistant. LPA toured the facility and reviewed records. On 07/23/25, licensee was cited a Type A deficiencies for failure to be present in the home exceeding temporary absence of 20% during day cares operating hours, failure to check infants every 15 minutes while sleeping, failure to maintain infant sleep logs and exceeding the capacity specified of the license. Today, LPA reviewed children\342\200\231s records and observed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9227) signed by parents in children\342\200\231s files. The deficiencies cited on 07/23/25 are cleared with today\342\200\231s visit. A Proof of Correction Letter was provided. In the areas that were evaluated today, no deficiencies were observed. An exit interview was conducted, and Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100
