On May 6, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams met with Licensee, Yueling Chen for the purpose of a case management inspection. LPA observed Licensee and her assistant supervising eight children. Licensee's husband was also present in the home during the inspection. LPA toured the facility with Licensee. Licensee is requesting potential renovations to the front of the home. Licensee will check with Tracy Fire Department to ensure fire safety compliance prior to the renovations and report findings to Community Care Licensing. LPA discussed the front yard garden area with Licensee. Licensee is advised to have 100 percent supervision with daycare children while in the front yard. Licensee was also advised to cover the in-ground planter. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee , Yueling Chen. A notice of site visit was posted and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days
