What the inspector wrote

On April 27, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams and Application Specialist Alecia Sifuentes met with Facility Representative, Ashley Salaices for the purpose of a case management inspection. Licensee is requesting a room change / change of capacity to accommodate 26 children (8 infants, 18 toddlers) in the infant toddler classroom. Fire clearance was received on 4/21/2026 by Tracy FD- South County Fire Authority . There were thirty one children present supervised by seven staff. LPAs measured infant room 4B and toddler room 4A. The total infant classroom space contains a total of 304 square feet which will accommodate 8 infants. LPAs observed one sink within arms reach of the diaper changing table. Also, LPAs observed crib area separated with minimum 4ft tall plexiglass partition with 5 cribs. The total toddler classroom space contains a total of 631 square feet which will accommodate 18 toddlers. LPAs observed 4 sinks, 2 toilets and 1 urinal and a diaper changing table within arms reach of the sink. Individual measurements are recorded on the capacity worksheet, LIC 9024. Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Ashley Salaices . A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA Williams and must remain posted for 30 days.
