On April 27, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams and Application Specialist Alecia Sifuentes met with Facility Representative, Vantika Singh for the purpose of a case management inspection. LPA observed 6 infants supervised by 2 staff in the infant classroom and 9 preschoolers supervised by 2 staff in the preschool classroom. The facility was toured and measurements were conducted for infant room 2 due to licensee adding a crib space and removing infant room 1 to utilize for the exempt Heritage School Program. LPAs measured infant room 2. LPAs observed 1 sink in infant room 2 within arms reach of diaper changing table. The total classroom space contains a total of 485 square feet which will accommodate 13 infants. LPAs informed Licensee that they will need to submit a change of capacity application to decrease from 22 infants to 13 infants. Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Facility Representative, Vantika Singh. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA Williams and must remain posted for 30 days.
