What the inspector wrote

On April 25, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst met with Licensee, Rajalakshmi Nambi for an prelicensing change of location inspection. Licensee's husband and mother in law were present during the visit. LPA toured the home. Fire clearance was granted on 4/21/25 from French Camp- McKinley Rural FPD. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed licensing documents with Licensee. LPA did not observe the home to be set up for childcare at this time. LPA will return at a later date for finalization of the prelicensing inspection. Exit interview conducted with Licensee, Rajalakshmi Nambi.
