What the inspector wrote

On 12/03/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elvira Sierra met with Applicant, Linda Ramos for the purpose of an announced change of location. Previously, the applicant was licensed (#394400961) at a different location and has recently moved to current location. Facility is a single story 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms house. Adult residents have criminal record clearances on file with the Department. Facility hours of operation will be Monday-Saturday 04:30 a.m to 06:30p.m. LPA inspected all areas of the home for health and safety. Off-limit areas are; All bedrooms, all closets, laundry room, garage, right side yard, driveway. The applicant acknowledged that children may never enter these off-limit areas. Parent's Rights, current Emergency Disaster Plan were observed posted by the main entrance of the home. Safe toys and comfortable accommodations were observed. The applicant stated there are no weapons in the home and no bodies of water were observed. Home was observed having a 2A:10-BC fire extinguisher, a working telephone and functioning smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Cleaning compounds and hazardous materials are inaccessible to children. Applicant has a cat that will be kept in the off limits areas during daycare hours. Backyard is fenced for supervision and was observed free of any hazards. Applicant stated that she won't transport clients. Licensee provide meals. Applicant owns the home and provided proof of control of property. The applicant was instructed to contact LPA prior to any new adults living in the home and any structural changes are made to the home. LPA reviewed with applicant updated forms, LIC 311D, Forms/Records to Keep in your Family Child Care Home, children\342\200\231s forms/records, facility forms/records, and information to be posted. Entrance Checklist was provided to the applicant. Applicant CPR expires on 10/25/27 and Mandated Reporter Training expires on 11/18/27. Report continues on subsequent page 809C-- Applicant, was reminded that all adults 18 and over living in the home, persons who provide care and supervision to children, and staff who have contact with children, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5-days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30-days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated. This facility plans to provide Incidental Medical Services \342\200\223 IMS. For IMS information, see PIN 22-02-CCP . A Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department. On this date, 10/24/25, the California Attorney General - Megan\342\200\231s Law website was searched for information on sex offenders required to register with local law enforcement under California's Megan's Law. No registered sex offenders were found at the facility address. Under state law, some registered sex offenders are not subject to public disclosure; therefore, they may not have been included in this search. However, the Department conducts a monthly cross reference of each address on record for all registered sex offenders against all CCLD facility addresses pursuant to information shared by California DOJ. Applicant was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org site, a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California. Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters, and other important information communication platforms.
