The allegations references the Licensee does not ensure facility is free from pests, and Licensee does not ensure facility is in good repair. The Director stated the center has expired issues with the fence falling since the rains in January. The Director stated the center experiences an increase in spiders in the month of July. The Director stated that the center is treated and de-webbed the exterior of the buildings and fence line once a month. The Director also stated the fence in the children's play area was repaired in January. Based on LPA’s observation, interviews with Director, staff, and record reviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Today, A Technical Advisory was issued during today's inspection. Appeal rights provided to Director. LPA provided the Director a Notice of Site (LIC 9213),LPA observed the "Notice of Site Visit" posted. FAILURE TO POST THE NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FOR 30 DAYS MAY RESULT IN A $100.00 CIVIL PENALTY. This REPORT MUST BE FILED IN FACILITY FILE AND MADE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW FOR 3 YEARS.
