What Happened
Annual family child care home inspection found the home generally organized with current postings, detectors, fencing, and age-appropriate play equipment. The inspector identified an infant sleep-plan deficiency, noting that Infant #2 did not have an LIC 9227 Individual Safe Sleep Plan on file.
