What Happened

An unannounced annual inspection found one child in care and a clean, orderly day-care space. Fire and smoke/CO safety systems were working, records were reviewed, and a deficiency was cited separately.

Observations

  • The backyard was completely fenced and had age-appropriate play items

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector were tested and functioning

  • A sampling of children's records was reviewed
